Maintenance Technician - Ensure all property equipment is functioning and premises are maintained in pristine condition. Respond to guest requests, perform repairs from work orders, complete preventative maintenance inspections, and maintain all property areas including guest rooms, common spaces, and grounds. Manage fire safety equipment compliance and handle emergency responses as needed.
