Action Health Staffing is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Greenville team!
The RN will provide clinical oversight and support to our home care clients while ensuring quality care and accurate documentation.
Responsibilities Include:
• Develop and maintain individualized Plans of Care for home care clients
• Complete Start of Care assessments and visits
• Conduct supervisory visits in the client's home
• Evaluate clients for ADL and Personal Care needs
• Manage, supervise, and train Home Care Aides in the client's home
• Monitor client needs and make appropriate changes to the Plan of Care
• Ensure client charts and clinical records are accurate, complete, and maintained in good order
• Communicate with clients, families, aides, and other members of the care team
• Ensure services are provided according to the client's Plan of Care and applicable regulations
⭐ What We're Looking For:
✔️ Current North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license
✔️ Home care experience preferred but not mandatory
✔️ Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and manage multiple client needs
✔️ Compassionate and professional approach to client care
