š©ŗ NOW HIRING: PART-TIME REGISTERED NURSE (RN) Greenville, NCAction Health Staffing & Home Care Services
Action Health Staffing is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Greenville team!
The RN will provide clinical oversight and support to our home care clients while ensuring quality care and accurate documentation.
Responsibilities Include:
ā¢ Develop and maintain individualized Plans of Care for home care clientsā¢ Complete Start of Care assessments and visitsā¢ Conduct supervisory visits in the client's homeā¢ Evaluate clients for ADL and Personal Care needsā¢ Manage, supervise, and train Home Care Aides in the client's homeā¢ Monitor client needs and make appropriate changes to the Plan of Careā¢ Ensure client charts and clinical records are accurate, complete, and maintained in good orderā¢ Communicate with clients, families, aides, and other members of the care teamā¢ Ensure services are provided according to the client's Plan of Care and applicable regulations
ā What We're Looking For:
āļø Current North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) licenseāļø Home care experience preferred but not mandatoryāļø Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skillsāļø Ability to work independently and manage multiple client needsāļø Compassionate and professional approach to client care
