Now Hiring: Production LeadWe are seeking a motivated and dependable Production Lead to oversee daily production operations and support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating production equipment, driving forklifts, leading teams, and maintaining production goals while ensuring safety and quality standards.Responsibilities:Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient workflowLead and support production team members during daily operationsSafely operate forklifts to move materials and finished productsAssist with training, coaching, and supporting production staffEnsure production schedules and quality standards are metMaintain a safe and organized work environmentCoordinate with supervisors and other departments to resolve production issuesComplete production reports and communicate shift updatesSupport inventory movement and material handling as neededRequirements:Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse lead roleForklift certification or proven forklift operating experienceAbility to operate production equipment safely and efficientlyStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environmentMust be dependable, punctual, and team-orientedSchedule Flexibility:Must be available to support 2nd Shift operationsWillingness to work overtime as neededAbility to start early, stay late, and adjust schedule based on production demandsFlexible availability to support business needs and meet production goalsWhat We Offer:Competitive payWeekly pay availableOpportunity for advancementTemp-to-hire potentialStable work environment with growth opportunities
