TSG - The Sheridan Group, a DC-based strategic communications and public affairs firm, seeks a Customer Service Assistant to support high-impact advocacy campaigns. In this client-facing role, you’ll handle inbound inquiries, route requests, maintain records, and provide responsive support to corporations, nonprofits, and associations. Working in a collaborative, high-performance environment, you’ll partner closely with senior staff, help coordinate meetings and events, prepare basic reports, and ensure timely, accurate communication that advances complex public policy and reputational initiatives.
