Now Hiring: Spanish-Speaking CaregiverHome Helpers Home Care is hiring a reliable, compassionate, and experienced female caregiver for a specific client case in McDonough, Georgia. We are looking for someone who is fluent or highly proficient in Spanish and is comfortable providing one-on-one care to a client living with dementia. This is a dedicated one-on-one caregiving position for a client in McDonough, GA. The caregiver will work directly with the client in their home and provide consistent daily support, supervision, companionship, and assistance with personal care.Responsibilities include:Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feedingProviding continuous supervision and safety monitoringOffering redirection and reassurance as needed due to dementia-related needsAssisting with meals, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe eating routineProviding companionship and meaningful engagementSupporting the client's daily schedule and routinesAssisting with mobility and other everyday needs as appropriatePerforming light housekeeping related to the client's care and living areaCommunicating important observations or changes in the client's condition to the appropriate team membersMaintaining the client's privacy, dignity, confidentiality, and independenceRequirements include:Spanish-speaking is requiredFemale caregiver preferred for this specific client case3+ years of professional caregiving experience preferredDementia or memory-care experience is a strong plusMust be dependable, patient, compassionate, and attentiveValid driver's license and reliable transportationCurrent auto insuranceClean driving recordAbility to pass required employment/background screeningMust complete all required employment and onboarding requirementsAccess to email and a mobile smart deviceAbility to maintain professional boundaries, client confidentiality, and ethical standardsWhy Join Home Helpers Home Care?
