This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on manufacturing work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in producing quality finished products.Pay & ScheduleHourly Pay: $16-$20/hourSchedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PMPay Frequency: WeeklyEmployment Type: Evaluation-to-HireLocation: North Branch, MNBenefits (Available from Day One)Medical, Dental & Vision InsuranceShort-Term Disability & Life InsurancePaid Time Off / Sick LeaveHoliday PayEmployee Assistance ProgramReferral Bonus Program ($100 for each referral who works 100 hours)Key ResponsibilitiesOperate at least two centrifugal barrel tumblers simultaneously while maintaining production schedules and load times.Clean parts and manage tumbling media between processing cycles.Assist with material handling, manual deburring, media removal from finished parts, cleaning, and basic assembly tasks.Monitor equipment performance and report any operational issues to supervisors.Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).QualificationsAbility to repeatedly lift and carry 35-50 pounds throughout the shift.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.About Express Employment – Forest Lake, MNSince 2015, Express Employment Professionals in Forest Lake has partnered with over 300 businesses across the region to match top talent with rewarding job opportunities.
