Position Snapshot
* Schedule: Full‑time, Monday-Friday, 07:30-18:00 (variable to total ~36 clinical hours/week)
* Salary: $260,000 - $325,000 per year
* Benefits: 50-55 days PTO/year, federal pension (5-year vest), 401(k) matching, comprehensive insurance, CME stipend ($1,000/year), liability protection

Duties & Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality urgent care for Veterans—managing acute/chronic conditions across diverse patient populations
* Conduct diagnostics, procedures, orders, referrals, and medication management
* Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams—including specialty services and resident training
* Ensure compliance with VA policies, patient safety, and national clinical standards

Qualifications
* Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution
* Licensure: Current, full, and unrestricted U.S. medical license
* Residency: Completed ACGME/AOA-accredited residency—Emergency Medicine strongly preferred; Family or Internal Medicine with significant EM experience accepted
* Citizenship: U.S. citizen (non-citizens eligible only if no qualified citizens available)
