Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.
This is more than just answering phones. You’ll be the friendly voice of John the Plumber, the first impression our customers receive, and an important part of keeping our business running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
Answer incoming calls with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude
Schedule service appointments and help customers get the assistance they need
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and help generate new business
Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service
Handle customer questions and concerns with patience, empathy, and confidence
Maintain accurate customer information, detailed notes, and appointment records
Work closely with our dispatch and plumbing teams to create a smooth customer experience
Meet individual and team goals while contributing to the company’s continued growth
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings more than experience to the table. We want someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to succeed.
Our ideal candidate has:
Previous customer service or call center experience
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
A friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
The ability to multitask and stay focused in a busy office environment
Confidence handling customer concerns and finding solutions
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Motivation to meet goals and contribute to team success
Experience in the plumbing or home service industry is a plus, but a great attitude and strong customer service skills are what matter most.
