This role functions as an integral member of the EP Team, they will be focused on managing heart rhythm disorders with the rest of the EP team (made of physicians and another NP).Boone Hospital is one of the best hospitals in the nation and the only hospital in mid-Missouri awarded a 5-star rating by CMS. The employees of Boone Hospital are dedicated to serving the mid-Missouri region with the highest standards in patient care.### ## **Overview****Responsibilities:*** Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations on cardiology inpatients.* Develop and implement evidence-based management plans.* Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, ECGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, cardiac imaging).* Initiate and titrate cardiovascular medications.* Perform daily rounds and document progress notes.* Provide discharge planning, medication reconciliation, and follow-up coordination.About **Columbia, MO:** our community offers a compelling blend of professional opportunities and quality of life that makes it an ideal place for physicians seeking to relocate.
