Job description
Join a dynamic outpatient clinic in Northern California for a long-term locum tenens assignment! This role is ideal for experienced Advanced Practice Clinicians seeking a fulfilling opportunity in family medicine.
Position Highlights: Start Date: January 27, 2025
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMMinimum patient load: 18 patients per day
Mix of pediatric and adult cases
Practice Type: Outpatient only, no inpatient or call responsibilities
EMR System: Epic
Requirements:
Active California licensure and DEA prior to the start date
Certified in Family Medicine (board certification required)
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar outpatient setting
PAs: CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate
NPs: Furnishing License with Schedules II authority
Current BLS certification
Credentialing Details: Credentialing timeframe: 30-90 days
Immunization and documentation requirements:TB Status/X-Ray (within 90 days of start)
Positive titers or immunization records for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella Zoster
Tdap immunization (within the last 10 years)
Flu Vaccine
