Job description
A welcoming primary care practice in Jaffrey, New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join its team and provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages.
Position Highlights:
Full-time position
Independent practice with physician collaboration
Comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
Manage acute and chronic conditions
Develop treatment plans and coordinate care
Provide preventive care and patient education
Order and interpret labs and diagnostic studies
Prescribe medications and monitor outcomes
Coordinate specialist referrals and community resources
Participate in community outreach and health education
Supportive, team-oriented practice environment
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program
Current New Hampshire ARNP license
Current DEA registration
Eligible for professional liability coverage
1+ year of clinical or ambulatory experience preferred
