Job description
A close-knit, mission-driven healthcare organization on Washington's Pacific Northwest coast (Ilwaco) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care for women, children and families.
Position Highlights:
Full-time women's and pediatric primary care opportunity
Provide preventive, acute and chronic care for women and children
Conduct well-child visits, women's health exams and age-appropriate screenings
Diagnose and treat common conditions across the lifespan of women and children
Build long-term relationships with patients and families
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate referrals and continuity of care
Practice in a supportive environment that values clinical expertise and autonomy
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Mission-driven organization focused on compassionate, patient-centered care
Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioner degree and current Washington State ARNP license or ability to obtain prior to start date
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required
Women's health, pediatrics, family medicine or primary care experience preferred
Strong clinical decision-making, communication and patient education skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
EHR experience; Epic experience is a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
$140K+ annually , depending on experience and licensure
