Job description
Hueman is seeking Nurse Practitioners to conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in Alamogordo, NM. This role offers a flexible schedule allowing healthcare professionals to balance their work and personal life while serving the community.
The ideal candidates will engage with patients in a unique setting, performing health assessments without the need to treat or prescribe. Strong qualifications including a Master’s Degree and active certifications are required.
