Job description
Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in and around Cincinnati, OH. This role offers the flexibility to tailor a schedule and engage with patients in their homes, not in a clinic setting.
Qualified NPs will interact with members in a personal, non-clinic environment, performing comprehensive assessments while ensuring documentation accuracy. Training and support are provided. #J-18808-Ljbffr
