Position Overview:
As a valued member of our primary care team, you will:
Practice in an outpatient setting, focusing on general primary care to manage a variety of acute and chronic conditions.
Develop lasting relationships with patients across the lifespan, from newborns to end-of-life care.
Collaborate closely with primary care physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the practice, serving both new and existing patients.
Share call responsibilities in rotation with other providers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
