n nDESCRIPTION: Seeing Employees and their Dependents
nnGreenfield, IN: NP or PA, Ages 2+ (population under consideration so may take an Adult NP), 2 MAs in clinic, OccMed (Audios, Non-DOT and DOT Drug Testing) & Workers Comp experience req'd, Services include annual biometrics/Health Risk Assessments for associates.
n 1/16-4/28 Mon-Fri 7a-4p
nnGreenfield, IN: NP or PA, Ages 6 weeks and up, MA also onsite, Wellness programs, Dispensing
n 1/3, 1/16 7a-4p all shifts
n 1/26, 1/30-2/2 7a-6p all shifts
nnnDESCRIPTION
nOn-site clinics for employees and family members
nAges 6 weeks and up, seeing employees and their dependents
nAvg 2-3 patients per hour
nPossible 2nd location (can be done virtually at the clinic)
nPrimary Care with some OccMed/Urgent Care
nEMR: eCW (eClinicalWorks)
n n nREQUIREMENTS:
n2-5 years of APP experience in a clinical setting
nExperience in Urgent Care or OccMed is a plus
nBLS and/or ACLS required
nIN Active State License
nMust be comfortable with all ages
