nnSchedule : When: ASAP - 5/20/24 Mon, Tue, Thurs each week 8a-5p less 1 hr unpaid lunch
nnDESCRIPTION:
Ages 2+
EPIC experience helpful
Minimum of 1 year experience
nProviding a wide range of primary care and health and wellness services including treatment for illnesses and injuries, exams, labs, immunization, health education, and other services.
n nREQUIRED:
· OR license; active, unrestricted
· Board Certified
· DEA Required
· Certifications- BLS
nnCOMPENSATION:
· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
· Malpractice insurance provided
