• Practice Setting: NICU Level III
• Reason for Coverage: LOA, loss/decrease time of current staff
• Dates of Coverage: beginning May 28Th, 2025
• How Many Neonatologists in Your Group? 3
• How Many Pediatricians in Your Group? only pediatricians are our current neonatologists
• How Many Pediatric Mid-Levels in Your Group? 6 plus 1 per diem
• Will Other Neonatologists Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates?: no we have 3 full-time neonatologists
• Will the Locums be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers? Yes, RNs in the NICU and other ancillary staff as needed, but no other NNPs
• Describe Support Staff: Neonatologist present during the day and on call available 24 hours otherwise
• Number of Exam Rooms: 16 bed unit
• Average Number of Admissions Per Day: 0-2 average per shift
• Total Number of Beds: 16 bed NICU unit coverage with coverage for well baby problems only during nightshift
