NP Nurse Practitioner - Geriatric - Montgomery AL--Sign-on/Full Benefits
If you are an NP passionate about making a positive impact on the health and welfare of seniors, joining this innovative healthcare company could be a great fit. Assessments, chronic disease management, physical exams, medication reviews, vital checks, lab draws, and wound care and depression screenings are among the facets of care you will provide in this relationship-oriented role.
