Job description
Gilder Search Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Milton, FL. This full-time, in-person role focuses on primary care for a stable panel of long-term residents and rehab patients, with no nights, weekends, or on-call.
You will provide rounding, manage chronic conditions, order diagnostics, and document in the EMR while participating in patient care meetings.
