Job description
per diem, field-based position providing longitudinal care to patients in various skilled nursing facilities. $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible individuals who have not previously participated in this program Need to work at least 24 hours a month - flexible schedule, you pick the hours No productivity quotas or RVU requirements own patient panel and schedule clinical decision-maker along with collaboration with the PCP for your patients Primary Responsibilities Caring.
