NP or PA position offered with a large physician‑owned specialty clinic that staffs Central Washington Hospital.
Shift: Evening/Night. Daily Hours: 10. Full‑time; Exempt and Non‑Union. Compensation Range: $84.52/Hr - $102.38/Hr. Hours per Pay Period: 140.00.

Summary
Hospitalist APP works with Hospitalist physicians to provide high quality, team‑based inpatient care to hospitalized patients.
Essential Functions
Provide inpatient hospital care to patients across the adult age spectrum including admission, discharges, and daily rounding.
Complete comprehensive history and physical examination.
Formulate diagnosis and treatment plan for a multitude of complex hospitalized patients.
Order and interpret diagnostic studies and laboratory data.
Prescribe appropriate treatments in collaboration with attending physician.
Consult with specialist providers.
Communicate and consult with attending physician, specialty providers, and other team members (RN, PT, OT, ST, RT, CM) regarding findings and changes in patient condition.
Document patient care.
Communicate/educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment plan, new results, and change in patient status.
Precept and mentor APP students.
Maintain active Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse licensure in Washington (RCW 18.88) or licensure via Multistate Nurse Licensure Compact (SSB 5499) and ARNP licensure with prescriptive authority in Washington, required by start date.
Active Physician Assistant licensure with prescriptive authority in Washington, required by start date.
