Job description
Astrana Health in Las Vegas is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to focus on Annual Wellness Visits, close gaps in care, and manage post-discharge follow-ups. Each visit is 45 minutes, enabling thorough assessment and patient education within a collaborative care team.
You must hold an active Nevada PA/NP license, BLS, NV DEA, and be proficient with EMR systems. This full‑time role offers a competitive base salary of $110,000 to $140,000 per year plus an incentive bonus
