Job description
Ideal Candidate Experienced PA or NP who enjoys a fast-paced clinical environment, values work-life balance, and is interested in occupational medicine with opportunities for professional growth.
Location & Schedule Fresno County, CA
Full-time Float PA or NP
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
No nights, weekends, holidays, or call (clinic dependent)
Compensation Base salary: $165,000-$185,000
$25,000 hiring bonus
Float stipend
Monthly RVU bonus
Quarterly quality bonus
Role Summary Provide occupational medicine and primary care services.
Conduct patient exams, diagnose and treat injuries/illnesses.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests (X-rays, labs, EKGs).
Perform procedures including suturing, wound care, injections, and immunizations.
Develop treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation.
Deliver excellent patient care and customer service across multiple clinic locations.
Requirements Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
Current state licensure and board certification
DEA required before start date
DOT Medical Examiner (FMCSA NRCME) certification required before start (training provided if needed)
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in primary care and/or occupational medicine preferred
Comfortable treating patients ages 2+
Key Skills Required Suturing/laceration repair
Basic X-ray interpretation
Strong communication and patient-centered care
Knowledge of workers' compensation and occupational medicine preferred
