Putnam County Hospital is a 25‑bed critical access hospital just 45 minutes west of Indianapolis. Our mission is to provide "exceptional health care close to home".
Putnam County Hospital is seeking a full‑time Family Practice or Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide exceptional patient care in a primary care clinic setting.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience working as an NP or PA in family or internal medicine
Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Indiana
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Passion for patient education and a commitment to improving patient outcomes
Interest in a long‑term placement to provide continuity of care for our patients
