Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Brooklyn, NY
We are seeking a New York-licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing outpatient medical practice in Brooklyn. This is a great opportunity for an NP or PA looking for flexible scheduling, strong compensation, and a supportive clinical environment. We are open to providers from a variety of backgrounds — you do not need to come directly from an urgent care center. Providers with experience in family medicine, primary care, internal medicine, pediatrics, urgent care, emergency medicine, walk-in clinics, community health, or other outpatient settings are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in an outpatient setting
Treat common acute conditions including URI, UTI, flu/COVID, infections, rashes, GI issues, and other everyday illnesses
Provide both in-office and telehealth visits
Work with both adult and pediatric patients
Prescribe medications within your scope of practice
Determine when referral or escalation of care is appropriate
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and other members of the clinical team
What We're Looking For
Active New York NP or PA license
Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills
Comfortable treating a variety of common outpatient conditions
Strong communication and bedside manner
Able to work independently while collaborating with a small clinical team
Adaptable and comfortable in a growing practice
Urgent care experience is a plus, but providers from other outpatient clinical backgrounds will be considered. Pediatric experience is preferred.

Additional Requirement
Candidates must have an active New York Medicaid Provider ID or be eligible to meet the practice's Medicaid enrollment requirements.
