Job description
Avenues Recovery in Indianapolis is looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide care in our Detox and Residential treatment facility. Responsibilities include creating treatment plans, stabilizing patients, and collaborating with teams.
The ideal candidate will have an MSN or MPAS, licensure in Indiana, and experience in addiction medicine. We offer a supportive workplace and a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance and a 401K with employer match.
