Job description
DirectShifts is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Wisconsin to perform VA C&P General Medicine examinations and complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) under VA guidelines.
You will review Veterans' medical histories, conduct comprehensive exams, document objective findings, and prepare timely, detailed medical reports while ensuring HIPAA compliance and coordination with clinical teams.
