Overview
Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision‑making skills; works independently and in collaboration with physicians and other health‑care professionals. Provides health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention across all ages.
Qualifications
NP: Master’s degree in nursing.
NP: Current licensure as a registered nurse in an appropriate state.
NP: Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in an appropriate state.
NP: Current certification in CPR.
NP: National certification in an applicable area.
NP: Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice.
PA: Bachelor’s degree in a health or science–related field.
PA: Current licensure as a physician assistant in an appropriate state.
PA: Current certification in CPR.
PA: National certification.
PA: Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice.
