Job description
The Outer Banks Health Medical Group, in partnership with ECU Health Physicians, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established hospitalist team at The Outer Banks Health Hospital located in Nags Head, North Carolina. The successful candidate will work as a Nocturnist. The Outer Banks Medical Group is an established multi-specialty group that has a passion for high quality of patient care. Applicants should have at least 3 years of inpatient experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Established hospitalist team inclusive of 2 physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers
Schedule: 7on/7off, 7pm - 7am
No routine procedure responsibilities
Census max 22 patients-average 17, no rounding for night provider, admissions range 4-6
Dedicated office space and laptop provided to support workflow
EPIC EMR
ACLS and BLS from American Heart Association are required
Clinical responsibilities will include admissions, inpatient care, and preparing patients for discharge
