Job description
Valley Vista in Bradford, VT is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our outpatient substance use disorder treatment program as a full-time provider.
You will evaluate and treat patients, provide MAT including buprenorphine management, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care across outpatient services with occasional support for inpatient and residential programs.
