NYU Langone Hospital—Suffolk is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Pre Admission Testing on a per diem basis. You will collaborate with physicians to provide high-quality, efficient care and support patient discharge planning within a multidisciplinary team.
The role requires NY license as NP/RN and current certifications. Responsibilities include assessing patients, ordering tests, guiding treatments, and documenting in the CDI-compliant system.
