Job description
Gilder Search Group seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Naples, FL. Practice primary care and rounds with a stable panel of residents, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, in person, no nights or weekends, employed by a provider network.
You will handle chronic conditions, acute changes, and care transitions, order labs, and document in the EMR while engaging in care meetings. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.
