Job description
Open Door Community Health Centers in Eureka, California, invites applications for Primary Care Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join an APC Residency Program. The 12-month residency, followed by a 12-month fellowship, trains residents in rural family practice within a PCMH model and safety-net setting.
