Job description
Renuven Health Partners in Anderson, SC seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with nursing staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
This full-time role operates on a 7 on / 7 off, 12-hour shift schedule with call coverage provided by a national telehealth group.
