Job description
Salud Family Health in Fort Lupton, CO is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative, team-based care team. You will perform clinic duties, take histories, and conduct physical exams as part of Salud's integrated healthcare home.
