Job description
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Family Medicine Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner. Will be expected to see patients of all ages, from birth to geriatrics. NPs must be Family board certified. Located in Eastern Connecticut, about 40 minutes east of Hartford. Monday-Friday, no weekends or call. Family Medicine patient population, birth to Geriatrics
Experience required, at least 1 year of Primary Care experience
PA-C or FNP
Will be working alongside a team of other providers
