Job description
PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Priority Care (Walk-In Clinic) team in Cottage Grove, Oregon. This is a full-time opportunity within a collaborative, well-supported clinic environment embedded in a primary care setting.
Practice broad-scope urgent and walk-in care while enjoying a 4-day work week in a close-knit community known for outdoor access and work-life balance.
Position Highlights
Full-time (1.0 FTE) Priority Care / Walk-In Clinic
4-day work week
Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm
Priority Care embedded within a primary care clinic
Care for patients of all ages with a wide variety of procedures
Rapid response support from the Emergency Department available 24/7
Clinical Support and Resources
Inbox Clinician Program designed to help minimize inbox burden
Dedicated Clinician Well-Being Program
Onsite resources including:
Behavioral Health
Social Work
ACC Clinic
Imaging (MRI and Ultrasound)
Diabetes education and nutrition services
Compensation and Benefits
First-year salary guarantee: $143,707 (1.0 FTE)
Production-based compensation model with additional earning potential
