Job description
SCAN Health Plan in Portland, OR is seeking a Senior Nurse Practitioner to manage programs and lead clinicians within our integrated care delivery model for SCAN members. You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality and ethical care, and develop clinician teams aligned with strategic goals.
The role requires a Master’s degree in nursing, Oregon RN/NP licensure, and 5+ years of NP experience with supervisory experience.
