Sleep Medicine Nurse Practitioner
Schedule: Weekdays Call: None Benefits: Relocation, PTO & CME Allocation, Malpractice Insurance (Incl. Tail), Health/Dental/Vision, Retirement (403b) Requirements: Successful completion of NP or PA Graduate Program (Masters Level), AANP or ANCC certification for Nurse Practitioners, NCCPA certification for Physician Assistants, Ability to obtain: Idaho and Oregon medical licensure, and valid controlled substance registration with the Idaho and Oregon Board of Pharmacy and DEA, 2 years' experience as a Sleep Medicine Provider preferred Client Details City: Ontario State: OR
