Locum Tenens Opportunity for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Buxton, NC

Physician and Provider Support: Benefit from the guidance and support of a team consisting of 1 physician, 4 providers, and 10 nurses, creating a collaborative and enriching workplace.
COVID Testing Procedures: Be actively involved in COVID testing procedures, contributing to essential public health efforts.
Certifications Required: Hold current BLS or ACLS certification, and possess AANP or NCCPA certification to demonstrate expertise and commitment to quality care.
Outpatient Practice: Enjoy the advantages of an entirely outpatient practice setting, allowing you to focus on delivering comprehensive and specialized care.
Procedures: Engage in a variety of procedures, including suturing, splinting, burn care, I&D, foreign body removal, elbow reduction, and laceration repairs, showcasing your diverse skills.
Advanced Facility: Work in a well-equipped facility featuring X-ray, iStat, CBC, and 7 examination rooms, providing the tools necessary for efficient and effective patient care.
EPIC EMR System: Utilize the advanced EPIC electronic medical records system, streamlining documentation and enhancing collaboration.
Additional Information:
New providers will receive comprehensive orientation on the day preceding their scheduled start date, ensuring a smooth transition into their role.
