Our client is currently seeking a NPI Engineering Leader - Fabrication/Machining
BS in Material Science, Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Manufacturing Engineering
Demonstrated experience in engineering, including experience in new product launches in industrial/automotive/aerospace industries
Demonstrated supervisory or management experience
Strong knowledge of financial data
Competent working knowledge of processes, customer specifications, and quality systems
Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional product teams
