Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a New Product Technical Program Manager to join their team. As a New Product Technical Program Manager, you will be part of the software development department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: New Product Technical Program Manager

Location: Vancouver, WA

Pay Range: 45-50 W2

What's the Job?

Support the planning and execution of multiple software projects or programs to ensure timely delivery of innovative solutions. Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and R&D to define technical scope and deliverables. Refine requirements, develop logical customer-valued features, and identify synergies with existing systems. Manage risks, resolve issues affecting scope, schedule, and quality, and escalate as necessary. Define and track key performance metrics, continuously improving software development processes. What's Needed?

Experience in managing cross-organizational software development projects using agile methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large-scale systems. Hands-on experience with software release processes and product lifecycle management tools. Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams and management levels. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or demonstrated equivalent experience, with 4-6 years of relevant work experience. What's in it for me?
