Previous experience in Motel or Caravan Park Management is essential.
Experience working with corporate clients and leisure travel agents.
Sales & Marketing/Social Media ability.
Strong leadership skills, a hands‑on approach, and a positive “can‑do” attitude.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead/manger and motivate a team.
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
Job Description
Oversee all daily operations including Guest Services, housekeeping, maintenance and administration with a hands‑on approach.
Ensure executional guest experience by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and service.
Efficiently managing all front office systems and procedures
Supervise and roster staff to ensure excellent service delivery and optimum guest satisfaction.
monitor the motels budget, wages and expenses and revenue to reach financial targets
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy
Ensure the safety and security of guest and staff
