Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
A minimum of 6 years of experience in design engineering in power generation or nuclear power
Professional Engineering License is required
Experience in mechanical system design, thermal-hydraulic systems, HVAC systems, or nuclear plant modifications
Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to motivate team and achieve goals through positive, winning attitude and effective leadership style
Proven experience with a high level of decision making, directing and overseeing routine and advanced technical work performed by others
Ability to obtain unescorted access to a nuclear power plant
US Citizenship required
Required to travel up to 15 - 25% of the time to client sites (expected to travel at least one time per month) for project and/or marketing meetings
Activities at client sites may require pre-job briefs and walkdowns at the site, including occasional
