Job Details Location: Detroit, Michigan 48201 Employment Type: Locum tenens physician job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Call: No call Shifts per Week: 5 Shift Duration: 8 hours Duration: 28 weeks Estimated Weekly Pay: $6,270-$7,420 Setting: Radiology / Interventional Radiology Board Certification: Required Job Requirements MD or DO with a valid, unrestricted Michigan medical license Board certified in Radiology ABR certification required DEA license required BLS certification required Fellowship training in a relevant radiology specialty preferred At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume procedural environment Responsibilities Perform vascular and non-vascular interventional radiology procedures Complete embolizations, angiograms, thrombolysis, and IVC filter placements/removals Provide emergency interventional radiology support for urgent and emergent cases Perform trauma embolization and other urgent procedures such as nephrostomies, cholecystostomies, and abscess drainages Read diagnostic imaging cases between procedures when needed Deliver high-quality patient care while collaborating with the care team Apply now to explore this Detroit locum tenens radiology opportunity and join a high-performing healthcare team today.
