Job description
Join Wellstar as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, PRN, performing diagnostic nuclear medicine imaging and therapeutic procedures for diverse patient populations. Operate gamma cameras and related equipment, prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely, and follow ALARA principles and all radiation safety regulations. Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver accurate, timely studies and compassionate patient care. Document procedures in the EMR, assist with quality control and equipment checks, and support process improvements. PRN status offers flexible shifts across hospitals and care settings within a leading, patient-centered Georgia health system.
