Nurse Aide / CNA Floater – OahuPart-Time or Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Flexible SchedulingWe are currently hiring a Nurse Aide / CNA Floater to support clients across Oahu. This is not a fixed-location role — you will work with different clients and step in where coverage is needed.This position is ideal for caregivers who are flexible, dependable, and comfortable adapting to different home environments, especially those looking for consistent hours and able to take on multiple shifts each week.What You’ll DoAssist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toiletingProvide mobility support and safe transfersOffer companionship and emotional supportMonitor and report changes in conditionProvide transportation to appointments, errands, and outingsCover open shifts, call-outs, and new client assignments across OahuWhat We’re Looking ForActive Hawaii Nurse Aide (NA) or CNA certificationCompletion of in-person skills trainingHigh availability and willingness to work multiple shifts / longer hoursFlexible and willing to travel across OahuReliable transportation and valid driver’s licenseStrong communication skills and a heart for helping othersAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysically able to assist with lifting and mobility tasksPerks & BenefitsCompetitive pay: $21–$25/hrWeekly payFlexible schedulingConsistent hours through floater coverage opportunitiesHands-on training and ongoing supportOpportunity to gain experience with a variety of clientsPositive team environment that treats you like ohanaAbout UsAlways Best Care Senior Services – Oahu is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to seniors across the island.
