Nurse Aide (STNA / CNA)
Shifts available in Amherst, Avon Lake, Lorain, Massillon, Olmstead Falls, Tallmadge, Twinsburg, Wellington, and Wooster!
Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Aide (STNA / CNA) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to our patients, promoting their well-being and ensuring their comfort. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent patient care and who possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications:
Valid certification as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA / CNA)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Compassionate and empathetic nature
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
Support patients in their mobility and ensure their safety during transfers
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Follow established care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, including regular infection control measures
Document patient observations, activities, and any changes in condition
Communicate effectively with patients and their families, ensuring clear understanding of care instructions and answering any questions they may have
Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and protocols
